  • Support in reviewing / amending new or existing EHC plans.
  • Advocacy at Annual Review Meetings to ensure your child’s needs are accurately reflected.

“Thank you for all the hard work you’ve put into supporting J and getting the funding for him. We feel reassured and excited for the future”.

What is an EHCP?
An Education, Health and Care plan (“EHC plan”) is a legal document which describes a child or young person’s special educational needs, the support they need, and the outcomes they would like to achieve. EHC plans are for children and young people who need more support than their school or setting can provide.

Fees
I offer an initial 20-minute phone consultation free of charge where we can discuss all of your needs and prioritise them accordingly. Sessions are then £105 per hour including a written summary of what has been discussed. These can be online or face to face depending on preference. If you would like specific EHC support please get in touch. Tribunal fees are separate and available upon request. I offer the following bespoke services:

  • EHC application including gathering and reviewing evidence, appointments with educational setting, observation of child/young person, completion of form.
  • Review of EHC application with evidence and completion of form.
  • Amending draft and final Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan, liaising with local authority .

There are reduced rates to parents or carers who are receiving financial assistance. Please do get in touch to discuss this further.

“Thank you for everything you did for our daughter C and thank you for getting her EHCP application sorted”.
